How to Draw Female Manga Faces

Start out with the facial guidelines for both your models. Mark where the eyes, mouth, and other features will go. Also draw your models' long necks and shoulders.

We'll work on the model on the right first. She has a shy smile, large eyes, and freckles. Render the details carefully.

Now draw the left model. Her nose is but a little line, her eyes are large with arching eyebrows, and she sports a faint smile.

Now we begin on the hair. Both have long bangs, so we'll start with that.

The model on the right has short hair, so fill it in like so and move on to the other girl.

The left model has long hair in a ponytail, with a little bow in it. Finish that and you're almost done.

Now erase all the guidelines and mistakes and you're done!
