How to Draw a VW Van

Step 1.


Another simple lesson. Start with a circle for the van guide and then another small circle for the hippie driver.

Step 2.


Draw the actual shape of the van from a front view. Then draw in the bumper.

Step 3.


You will now draw the windshield and then the wipers followed by the rearview mirror and lei hanging from the mirror.

Step 4.


Be creative with your decorations on the van, but be sure to draw the classic front design of the VW van. Add peace symbols, flowers and whatever else that suits your personality.

Step 5.


For the last step add a cute curly swirl around the frame of the windshield and then draw the side mirrors, tires and of course the driver. DOn't forget that steering wheel. Erase the mistakes and guides.

Step 6.


You are all done, now just color in the VW van.

Today I will show you how to draw a VW van, step by step in the form of a hippie style concept. There is even a driver behind the wheel and she has a string of flowers or a lei hanging up on her rearview mirror. I had so much fun with this concept. It was bright, easy and full of art so I do hope you like it too.
