How to Draw The Joker Tattoo

Start off by making an oblong, tapered balloon like shape for Joker's head. Sketch in the facial guidelines as well.

We will start with the forehead which is also the very thick crinkled together brows. Draw these brows in the way you see them done for you here.

In order to continue the illusion on the forehead we have to start drawing the hair. Do this in a wispy flame like manner. The bottom or base of the hair is what will form the lettering or word on the forehead. When you draw in the hair, be sure to d

Draw in the other side of Joker's head which is also his hair and brows. This will complete the words 'WHY SO'.

On with the face. You will first draw the eyes, then begin drawing the word across the face which also happens to be home to Joker's nose and cheeks. The word across the face will end up spelling 'SERIOUS'.

Draw in the S which also makes up the left ear, then draw U S along with the question mark. The question mark will also make up the right ear.

Now we can proceed on with drawing Joker's mouth. Begin by drawing the long lips which should end up looking like melted wax or two small bones which ever you see.

Finish off this Joker tattoo by drawing the cruddy teeth, add detailing to his teeth and color in some areas to add shading. The gum line is what needs to be colored in as well as the separation line between the top and bottom rows of teeth. Erase th

Description: Even though this lesson may seem awesome, I don't know how many of you will actually see the phrase within the art. Today I will show you "how to draw The Joker tattoo", step by step. I'm not gonna tell you what the phrase says, instead I will tell you where to find it. Look at the green hair, forehead, and below his eyes. You will find the question that is one of the best lines from The Joker played by Heath Ledger in The Dark Knight. I love how the drawing came out, and I know that there are a lot of fans out there that love Heath Ledger's character from the film. I hope you enjoy drawing this Joker tattoo.
