This poet was born in Dublin Ireland and upon his birth he was given three middle names making his full birth name 'Oscar Fingal O'Flahertie Wills Wilde'. He is most noted for his work for 'The Picture of Dorian Gray', and 'The Importance of Being Earnest'. He is described of being a very aloof, loose, or flamboyant fellow that loved writing that was also very charismatic. Even though it's been one hundred twelve years since his death, his poetry and writings are still witty and full of life. He died on November 30, 1900 in Paris, France. His dying words where “My wallpaper and I are fighting a duel to the death. One or other of us has got to go.” Have fun drawing Oscar Wilde folks, I hope you find a use for this lesson.
