How to Draw a Hog

Here you will start with the head and body of your hog. Of course these are just the guides, the real drawing steps are to come.

We will now draw the forehead, snout and jaw structure of the hog like you see here. When that is done draw the lip and the husks. Oh, don't forget the eye too.

Up next, draw the ears and then draw in another tusk.

We will now draw the body. Start with the arched shape of the back and then draw the front and back legs. Don't forget the hooves.

We will now draw the course hair that starts at the top part of the head and then draw the hair line down the back. We will make the tail and tuft of hair at the end of the tail too.

We will erase the mistakes and guides, then draw in the spots.

Color in your hog and you are all done.

Description: I just wanted to get this tutorial out of the way because it has been sitting in my tut folder for a few days. Today I will show you how to draw a hog. It was supposed to be an African hog, but after doing some research I found out that they don't look too much like the hog in this picture. Anyways, the lesson is simple enough for anyone to draw so go ahead and have fun. I will be back and when I do return I will bring anime lessons with me. Adios folks, enjoy.
