Butcher Drawing Tutorial
1
Start off by making the guides for the head and upper body. Sketch in the facial guidelines and proceed to step two.
3
Here you will begin to draw in the face. This includes the snout and mouth, then sketch in the squinted eyes.
4
For step four you will draw the neck, and left muscular arm. Add detailing to the forearm and when you do this add some arm hair lines. Draw the blade for the cleaver.
5
We will now tackle the right side of the body and draw in the right arm. Draw in his hand and then the cleaver.
6
Add the chest detailing and then draw the apron he is wearing. Add some definition to the apron and you can then proceed to step seven.

Description: When you think of a butcher what is the first thing that comes to mind? For me with my imagination, I think of a pig's head attached to a muscular male body with hooves for feet. This butcher of my imagination wears only a blood stained apron with two butcher cleavers in a sharpening pose. That is what this lesson is going to be about. We will be doing a Butcher drawing using steps to help us learn how to draw the Butcher easily, or a lot easier than normal. Imagination is key when tackling such a feat. I do hope you like this concept, it's a totally new concept piece from me that's for sure.
