How to Draw a Halloween Pumpkin

Draw a circle and then sketch in the facial guidelines.

Next, sketch out the shape of the pumpkin which looks a bit squished. Add the crease or crinkle lines on the top and bottom part of the pumpkin.

Next, you will draw in the face and here is where you will get creative. You can either draw the face you see here, or go your own route. Add the vertical line down the center of your pumpkins.

Color in the eyes, nose and mouth, and when you do this the teeth will be added at the same time. Add the definition to the top part of the mouth.

For your last drawing step draw the stem and then add detailing to the stem. Erase your mistakes and you are all done.

Here is your line art when you are finished. Now you can color in your pumpkin.

Description: You know I have to make a tutorial on a new pumpkin every year, so here is my version on "how to draw a Halloween pumpkin", step by step. Out of all the pumpkins I have drawn, this is my favorite one because of the drawing and coloring style. I love the way the face came out and I really love how the teeth are small and razor sharp.
