Step 1.
Begin by drawing the head guide shape and then the guidelines for the shoulders and face.

Step 2.
You will define the face shape by using the guide you made previously. Once that is done you can then also draw in the hairline.

Step 3.
Use the facial guidelines to draw in the shapes of the eyebrows, and then the closed eyes. Notice the lashes are long, thick and wet. Add some tear liquid under the eye as well.

Step 4.
Here you will draw the small nose and then the saddened mouth which is in a frown. Add the chin bump and you're done here.

Step 5.
Leave the face alone for a minute and then draw the ears. Add the detailing in the ears and when that is done add some definition around the inner parts of the ear.

Step 6.
This spiritual girl has a long skinny neck. Draw that out along with the shoulders and arms. Don't forget to add the collar bones too.

Step 7.
Almost done people. What is next is the hairstyle. I chose to go with the hair being in an upward style like it is being pulled or blown up by air. Add detailing to the hair and then you're done here.

Step 8.
For the last drawing step all you have to do is draw the fluttering butterflies in different shapes and sizes. Erase the mistakes and guides, then you're done.

Step 9.
This is how the line art looks when you are done. Color in your spirit being and show folks what you just drawn.

Description:
Here is a tutorial that I made a few days ago. It's a lesson that will show you how to draw a spiritual girl or figure, step by step. I have been into the whole spirituality thing for a while now and I have also been doing some real funky drawing concepts. This is one of those concepts that I really enjoyed creating. My mind just went wild and I ended up with a drawing that was both beautiful and inspiring. I do hope that folks love this drawing too. Some of the idea came from art I seen on the net, but all in all I drew this image and I love the coloring. Enjoy people.
