First, start drawing her hoodie and her hand holding it.

Next, draw her nose and mouth. Also add the rest of her hoodie and her other hand. Draw her bangs, too.

Draw her eyes. Now you're done drawing her. If you want to color her in, proceed to the next step.

Use the fill tool to do the base coloring. I chose to make her hair pink, eyes blue, and hoodie black/gray, but you can make yours any color you'd like. ;)

It may be difficult, but try to make the shadows/highlights. Now you're done!
