Step 1. Guidelines

Next, let's work on the guidelines for the head shape and the mouth guides.

Next, work on the face shape and the facial features too.

Then, we can draw the long flowy hair as well.

Then, go ahead and draw the skull shape underneath her head.

After that, shade the hair on the inside lines.

Lastly, draw the moon and the clouds around it.
