Rose Face Tattoo Art Drawing

The simplistic formation of this girl's face is what is really cool about the lesson. You will use the vertical guideline to form the chin of the girl's face. When that is done slowly move the lining to the right and then draw the shape of her neck.
3
We will begin by drawing the eyebrow first. This should be thick and dark or colored in. When that is done go ahead and draw the closed eye. Notice the lash line is very thick and forks at the end. Sketch in some crease lines on the lid as well.
4
Using the facial guidelines you will draw in the tip of the girl's nose. When you are done with that you can draw in her mouth and lips. The mouth is open slightly as you can see for added dramatic appeal.
5
We will now draw the rose which is covering the left side of the face. This is not a full bloom rose, it's more like a rose bud that is about to bloom. This rose should cover almost the whole left side of the face.
6
Continue on to draw the rose until complete. Take your time when you tackle this step and be sure to add the swirl in the center of the rose. Draw the stem and color it in, then add the thorns too.
7
For the last step you will draw in the fingers from the hand that is holding the rose. The nails are pointed or catty and they are drawn in a very simple manner. Erase the mistakes if you made any along with the guidelines.

Description: Once again I return with another lesson and this time it's on a face with a rose covering one eye. I've often seen some tattoo designs online with faces made of roses. I wanted to do something a little different so, here is my interpretation on how to draw a rose face, step by step. I love the simple lining of this drawing and the Tom Hardy style design. I'm basing this off the simplicity of the fingers as they are pointed tips with red polish. This rose face is symbolism for many things. For me it represents the hidden beauty with a face of solitude. No one knows her name, the face remains the same, it's just a beautiful story within an image. I do hope you like this lesson on drawing a rose face. The rose and eye are my favorite parts of the tut so be sure to let me know if you enjoyed this lesson as well.
