You can now take the time to draw out the first of two wings. Layered feathering is needed in this step.

Step 7.
Lastly, draw in the other wing which wraps around almost the owl's body. The layers of feathers will also need to be added. Erase the mistakes if you made any.

That's it, the night owl is done. Now you can color the drawing in and show off what bird you have just drawn.

Description:
It seems as though sometimes when I'm in the mood I like to draw cozy, creative art that have a slight chill to its nature. That is the case with this lesson on how to draw a night owl, step by step. This concept takes me back to those Autumn nights where you sit outside and listen for those hooting night owls. I really do love this drawing and I had so much relaxing fun creating it. I have been into owls lately, but this is the last owl concept I have to submit so enjoy the whole owl theme while you can because once I'm done with this one, I probably won't have any more lessons on drawing owls anytime soon unless I get an idea come to mind. Adios and be sure to let me know if you liked this tut on drawing a night owl.
