How to Draw a Hard Hat

Start with a circle.

Next, draw the top shape of the hard hat and make the ridges too.

Finish the shape of the hat and then draw in the lid or brim of the hard hat. Make another texture indent line as well.

Next, draw in the ridges along the top of the hard hat and you are done. Erase any mistakes.

This hard hat is ready for color.

Up next I will be showing you all how to draw a hard hat, step by step for those of you who have fathers that work in construction or any other job that entitles them to wear one of these yellow hard hats. Working in the construction field is a tough, long job and without workers like them, we wouldn't have structures for our buildings, paved roads or safe bridges to drive over. The list goes on and on and I know lots of you look on Drago for ideas when wanting to make your own Father's Day cards. So here is a new idea. I have never drawn a hard hat before for Drago so here you are now. I hope you like the lesson and it's just what you were looking for.
