Let's start with the face focusing on the eyes. Draw the brow bone in it's expressive appearance. When that is done you can draw the clean, simple, well rounded contouring of the nose. Add some definition under the nostrils.

Hello one and all and thanks so much for clicking on this lesson. Someone asked me to make a tutorial on how to draw a fallen officer skull because he felt like he needed to draw something to help with his emotions as he just suffered the loss of his uncle. So, using this for inspiration, I wanted to make a clean looking simple skull concept that showed enough grit in a refined manner. So this is the design I came up with. I hope you love drawing it as much as I did when making it.
