How to Draw a Dragon Head
2
Begin sketching out the actual structure and shape of the dragon's muzzle or snout like you see here a swell as the jaw. Draw the broad lines for the brows, then add the small horn on the nose.
3
Begin drawing the shape of the eye, then sketch out the nostrils. Once the face is drawn in you can sketch out all the sharp teeth, then draw the long slithering tongue.
4
Sketch out the sharp cone shaped frills that crowns the dragon's head like you see here, and when you do this be sure to add some notches for aging texture.
5
Sketch out the long arched neck like so, and be sure to draw the neck skinnier at the top, then tapper off thicker as you go down.
6
For your last drawing step you will erase your mistakes and guidelines, then draw in the pattern on the face, neck and frills. This pattern is actually large scales. You can choose to go a different route if you want, or follow the step.

Description: OMG, I'm going crazy with all the animal and fantasy lessons based on the heads of these creatures that we love. Here we will learn "how to draw a dragon head", step by step. Dragons are nothing new to me when it comes to drawing them. I have done so many lessons on dragons before so another one makes it hard for me to even talk about dragons and their head. I can tell you that the design concept is a bit different then what i normally do which means the tut should be more entertaining to tackle. Anyways, I have a bunch of lessons that I need to upload so I will leave you with drawing a dragon head. Have fun and be sure to give some feedback on what you think, or if you have any other requests. Peace out folks.
