Let's get started and we will do this by drawing the guidelines and shapes to create the frame for your dog. Start with three shapes. One for the head another for the torso and one more for the back end. You will then draw a connecting line for the t

Next, draw the structure of the dog's face which is the snout and forehead. You will also draw some of the bottom jaw too. With this dog he is smiling.

Go ahead and draw in the rest of the dog's head followed by the pointed ears. The back part of the neck should be drawn in next along with the back and hump for the rear end. Before leaving this step you will draw the chest in as well.

This is a fun step cause all you will need to do is draw in the dog's eye and then his nose and whisker holes. Don't forget the tooth.

We will focus now on the dog's limbs. As you can see here we'll draw the two front legs and the front paws. Add the toe lines too.

And lastly, finish off your dog by drawing the back legs, the back paws and the docked tail. Don't forget the belly and thigh lining. Detail the back paws with toe lines and a foot arch. Erase the mistakes to clean up the drawing and the guides.
