Demon Dog Drawing Lesson

We can draw the guides for the demon dog which should form the head, muzzle, neck and ears.

Using the snout guidelines draw the skeletal structure beginning with the forehead and eyeballs. When that is done we can draw the teeth and eye hollow. Sketch in the detailing to the skull too.

Here you will work on the bottom jaw structure and formation. The teeth should also be drawn in and there should be the addition of detailing to the skeletal jaw bone.

Moving away from the bone creation, we will now draw in flesh covered ears and fur covered neck for your demon dog. Add detailing inside the ears and then around the skull.

Draw in the other ear and when that is done you can draw the swirl shaped horns which gives this demon dog a real evil affect or look.

Finish the dog off by filling in the coat which also shapes out the neck. Just sketch in layers of hair to form a thick fluffy coat. Erase the mistakes and the guides when done.

That's it, you're done. Now go ahead and color in your demon dog.

Description: Hello one and all, welcome back to another fun filled tutorial Friday. I will start the day with some fun and exciting lessons which are all based on requests made by members of Dragoart. Let's start with this wicked cool concept on how to draw a demon dog, step by step. This skeletal demonic version of a dog actually came out surprisingly well. I love the simple detailing to the skull of the dog as well as the demonic horns. I'm not gonna list this lesson under novice because it really isn't all that complicated. It's actually the coloring job that makes it look difficult. Anyways, have fun drawing this demon dog, and I will ready the next tuts for you all. Adios amigos.
