Start off by drawing a circle for the head, then draw in the lower jaw shape. Sketch in the facial guidelines, then move to step two.

Moving right along we will tackle the task of using the shape we just made in step one to draw out the actual skeletal structure for the devil skull's head and face shape. Start by drawing the top part of the head leaving the notches for each horn. C

Okay, as you can see your devil skull should be coming along nicely. Draw the claw shaped horns on each side of the head where you left the notches when drawing out the skull's head form. Make sure the ends or tips are very pointy.

Give the horns some nice texture by sketching in the defining lines from one end to another. As you get closer to the point, the grooved lines get smaller.

Okay, are you ready to tackle the eyes now? Good let's get started. Using the facial guidelines begin sketching out the large shapes of each eye socket. There should be thin groove lines to add texture to the bone of the skull surrounding the eyes. W

Concentrate on drawing the upper mandible along with all the top row of teeth. Teeth are bones too which is why they are the only thing left standing with a human skull. Sketch in the indents above each tooth groove like so, and be sure to add small

You are now ready to finish this skull off. To do that you will need to draw the jaw or bottom mandible for the skull's mouth. As you can see the jaw almost resembles a diamond. Draw the straight indented sides of the jaw, as well as the chin area. F

Description: I have yet another awesome skull design concept for all you lovers of skull art. I really wanted to take the whole concept of drawing skulls to another level. To do this I created a very detailed art piece based on an idea for a skull design. Here is "how to draw a devil skull", step by step. If the devil was to somehow shed his flesh, this is the skull that I believe would be left behind. The horns are almost similar to the devil from Legend with Tom Cruise and Tim curry. The coloring was probably the most fun I have had in a while. There is only one way to do things, and that is the right way. Drawing skulls can be a tricky task if you are not familiar with creating this type of art concept. Hopefully this tutorial will be easy for you to follow and understand which in the end will enable you to draw a devil skull. I have to bounce out of here so I can get the rest of the tuts submitted.
