Step 1.

We will begin like we always do and that is with some basic guidelines.

Using the guides you will begin to draw out the lion and lioness' head and mane shapes. They are to be drawn in a profile view.

Now you can draw out the structure of the faces as well as the eyes, noses and mouths.

For the last step draw in the crowns and color in the nose tips. You can also clean up your drawing by erasing the guides and any mistakes.

Here is the line art. Go ahead and color the majestic pair in.
