To draw the metal head, Zakk Wylde, we should first sketch in some basic guide line. Using a 2H or harder pencil, lightly sketch in a stick figure shape such as this one. Sketch in a horizontal line for the guitar so that we know the basic hand place

Next, we should sketch in the basic human form. Doing this will ensure that the figure is proportionate when we go to apply clothing later on. You do not need to include details such as facial feature or fingers. These lines are just guides as well.

Let's begin drawing the upper part of the face. This is a near profile shot of the face, so only a small portion of the left eyebrow should be visible. His right eye should be looking down at his guitar. Give him a few small wrinkles around his eyes

One of Zakk's signature looks is he long, thick, dirty beard. The whiskers should be relatively short on the side of the face, but they get very long at the chin. They are clumped together almost forming dreadlocks. They should be flying all over the

The guitar can be a tad tricky. First, start by drawing the shape of the neck and the head. The bottom of the neck should continue beyond the right hand.
