Step 2.
The best way to handle this step is to take a thick tipped Sharpie marker and begin drawing over the letter you just drew in a thick, dark, bold fashion. Be sure to chunk up the bottom part of the V as well as the ends.

Step 3.
Lastly, draw the pretty swirl that starts in the center of the V, and then wraps around itself until you have a wispy decorative line. Draw the blood drip or drop, and then color it in. Erase any of your mistakes.

Description:
Hey guy, how is everyone doing on this Friday the 13th day? I just realized that today’s date is sort of spooky. On this creepy night I will start the tutorial day by submitting a lesson on "
how to draw The Vampire Diaries
", step by step. I didn’t want make a bunch of letters, so what I did was develop my own vampire style V, and draw the red wispy ribbon and blood drip. For those of you that know the specifics as far as origins go, you can skip this description and move right onto the tutorial. For those of you that are new fans of the series, or book, stay tuned because I will be giving you guys some good 411 on the phenomenon that is screaming vampires. Anyways, The Vampire Diaries is a drama that airs on The CW, but it started out as a book. The book series was written by L. J. Smith, and as you read in the book, the story takes place in a fictional town called Mystic Falls, Virginia. If you’re thinking that the story is similar to Twilight, you’re right. Actually, I’m pretty sure that The Vampire Diaries came out first, but I could be wrong. Anyways Mystic Falls is an odd town because it is a place that is being haunted by creatures that you only hear about from lore. The three main figures in the series are Elena Gilbert, Stefan, and Damon. The television series aired in 2006, and when the first episode aired, fans raved about and became instantly hooked. Now there were two shows to look forward to, The Vampire Diaries, and True Blood. My fifteen year old sister watches both series, and she an absolute fan. I hope you like my version on drawing The Vampire Diaries logo, because I had fun making it. Thanks guys and enjoy!
