Drawing a Support Our Troops Ribbon

Start the first step by drawing the right ribbon tail which crosses over the left ribbon tail as you will see.

Now you will draw the left side of the ribbon which is also the complete shape of the awareness symbol.

Lastly, draw the inner detailing to give the ribbon depth. If there are mistakes erase them now.

Here is the line art. Now you can either color it in yellow, or maybe you want to color it in using the other awareness colors.

Description: Before I get the rest of the Halloween related lessons uploaded, I thought I would submit this tut on drawing a Support Our Troops ribbon, step by step. It's basically the same drawing concept of the Breast Cancer Awareness ribbon, it's just a different color and reads a different message. If you have been waiting to see this ribbon as a tut for a while I am happy to be uploading it today. From what I understand there are three different kinds of ribbons for the Military and they are the; red, white and blue ribbon which is the U.S. patriotism awareness ribbon, the Red colored ribbon which is for the Armed forces support; Canadian patriotism awareness, and then there is the yellow which is for the Armed forces return awareness ribbon. Anyways, enjoy the tut and use the finished drawing as you may.
