Description: Well I hope you all liked my first lesson of the day which was on how to draw anime people kissing. For my second tutorial I will keep the momentum going by doing another tutorial on a Looney Tunes character that is very popular. I will show you how to draw Taz the Tasmanian Devil step by step. Now we all know that Taz is a character that has very little to say in fact he hardly talks at all. When he does talk he sort of grunts or has slurred speech. There are some episodes where he is married to a very strict and demanding wife that is usually wearing some sort of hair net or cap. He makes his appearances by coming into the picture spinning in a tornado cloud. Taz was created by Robert McKimson for the Warner Bros. animated Looney Tunes cartoon series. He made his first debut in 1954 in episode “Devil May Hare”. And just by the name you know Bugs Bunny stared in the episode as well. Bugs and Taz were always seen going at each other because Taz is always seen trying to catch Bugs Bunny for supper. Now the appearance of Taz was created by looking at a real life Tasmanian devil which is an animal native to Australia. If you were to go look at a picture of the animal version, you will see that there is absolutely no resemblance at all between the two. In fact the only thing that these two devils have in common is their overwhelming need to constantly eat. In the animated series Taz eats anything and everything in his path. This is one of his character traits as well as having his enormous tongue hanging out while he scopes out his parameters. If you notice on the top of his head he has devil shaped horns made from his hair and his teeth are also devilish. I really like this Looney Tunes character and this tutorial will show you how to draw Taz the Tasmanian Devil step by step with easy to read instructions and simple to follow steps. I will be back with more drawing fun in a while so stay tuned gang there is more on the way.
