Start by drawing Rainbow Dash's face shape at an angle like so.

Here you will draw in one large shaped eye along with her straight lined eyebrow. Don't forget the cheek bump as well.

Draw the actual eyeballs, then color in the pupils.

Add a nose line and then Rainbow Dash's smirk or smile.

You can now draw in her pony ear, then draw the tomboyish style bangs which is also her mane.

Lastly, draw the rest of her mane, and as you can see it's curled on her neck. Erase the mistakes and you are all done.
