Draw the guidelines for the head, face, and body. His arms are going to be crossed so make sure not to draw the guidelines too straight.

Draw his eyes. The scar is on the right side of his face so make the right eye squinty.

Draw his hair messy and unkempt, and add his scar.

Now it's time to draw his crossed arms, it's kind of confusing but draw them weaving through each other.

Draw his hips and legs.

Start drawing his clothes.

Add folds and detail to his clothes and scar.

Coloring the clothes really distinguishes the lines and creases so I would suggest coloring him! :)
