How to Draw Flutterbat
1
Start off by making two shapes, one for the head and another for the body. Sketch in the facial guidelines too.
2
Starting at the front of the face, sketch in the forehead, snout and chin. Add the mouth line too.
3
You will now draw out the lining for the eyes starting with the lid lines. Sketch in the lashes and then draw out the large eye shapes. Add a nose hole and mouth opening.
4
Up next, draw in the shape of Flutterbat's batty ear. Notice how the edge is fury or hairy. Add the detailing inside of the ear as well.
5
We will now get ready with sketching out her mane. Instead of the neatly combed mane, Flutterbat has a rough shaggy looking mane to go with her new batty look. It's just as long, just not as neat.
7
Continue to work on her long mane and make sure it curls up at the end. Again, keep that scruffy style going on as you add detailing.
8
Now we can get started with drawing Flutterbat's body. Start with the neck, then draw in the front leg. You will also draw some of her torso as well.
9
Next up, sketch out the butt and then draw the back leg. You will also need to sketch in the large bat wing as if she is in flight. Keep the wing as true to a bat style as possible.
11
Okay folks, you are ready to draw out the long tail. The tail looks limp in this state. The edges should be razor sharp looking as well.
12
All that you need to do here is first erase the mistakes and guides, then draw in the detailing to the tail and wing. When that is done you are good to go.

Description: For those of you that don't know, there is a new name that Fluttershy is taking on and in this form she looks a whole lot meaner. Today I will be filling a much requested tut on "how to draw Flutterbat", step by step. Flutterbat is Fluttershy in a different form. Instead of feathery wings she has bat style wings. Instead of horse or pony style ears, she has the ears of a bat. I'm not exactly sure what her story is as far as how she got in this form, but I do know just the person to ask and that is my 10 year old sister. Anyways, I do hope you will enjoy drawing Flutterbat she is still very sweet and pretty.
