How to Draw Finn as My Little Pony

You will start by making two shapes, one for the head and the other for the body. Sketch in the facial guidelines then proceed to step two.

Begin drawing the shape of Pony Finn's face which should include the muzzle, mouth and some of the head in the form of a hood.

Finish Pony Finn's head by drawing the ears and neck, then draw in the large eyes, teeth, and nose hole.

Next up, draw the front part of the chest then draw in the collar line for his shirt. Lastly for this step draw the straps for his backpack.

You will now draw the front legs like so, then draw some of the under side.

Complete the formation of Finn's pony body, then draw the legs and don't forget to square off the hooves.

Lastly, draw in the long flowing tail, then draw in the lining to form the sleeves and cuffs for the shorts. Erase your mistakes then you are all done.

Description: I have a special treat for all you MLP and Adventure Time lovers out there. Today we will be learning "how to draw Pony Finn", step by step. I wanted to have some fun and make an MLP style pony of Finn that I know folks would enjoy. As you can see in the tutorial image, I've included all of Finn's traits like his white hood, his yellow hair in the form of his tail, and he even has his green backpack all ready to go. I think he came out awesome and I know plenty of you are going to flip. Have fun drawing Pony Finn, and I will return with his sidekick in pony form as well.
