How to Draw Anime Finn

Draw a circle for the head, then draw in the bean shape for the body. Sketch in the facial guidelines as well as the body guides.

Draw in the shape of Finn's human face, then move to step three.

The next thing we will do is draw in the shapes of the eyes, then draw in the nose, smile, eyebrows and then the hair that is peaking through the hood. Don't forget the blush marks on each cheek.

Next up, draw the hood along with the small ears.

You will draw the arm and hand which is in a closed fist. Draw the shoulder strap for the backpack, then add detailing to the arm by making a shirt line.

Here you will draw in Finn's upper body or torso. This starts with the shape of the neck, then draw in the shoulder and shirt collar line. Draw in his other arm and then the other strap. Add some wrinkling to the shirt, then you can proceed to step s

Finish things up by drawing the backpack, then erase the mistakes.

Description: Here is the boy you have been waiting for, it's the blonde headed boy who has a talking dog for a best friend. I present to you this lesson on "how to draw anime Finn", step by step. It was a no brainer for me when I wanted to come up with the concept to creating an anime style Finn from Adventure Time. I knew I wanted to draw him with his white hood, and backpack, but I also wanted to draw Finn with an expression on his face that can visually describe how he feels or thinks when we see him in the series. It's a lot easier trying to read Finn's face when he looks like a human. Anyways, enjoy drawing anime Finn folks and I will be back in a bit with more tuts for you all. Adios mi amigos!
