How to Draw Jake as My Little Pony

Step 1.


Make the head and body like so, then sketch in the facial guidelines.

Step 2.


Begin forming the shape of Jake's pony style head and be sure to include the floppy ears instead of pointed ears. Next, draw the muzzle and the rest of the face shape.

Step 3.


All you have to do here is draw out the large shapes of the eyes, then draw the nose dip.

Step 4.


Start the drawing process of the body which is just the chest, front legs and some of the underbelly.

Step 5.


Draw out the rest of the body which should include the neck, rear end, and the back legs.

Step 6.


I wanted Jake to be a flying or pegasus style pony so I gave him some small wings. Sketch out the wings and then draw the rough looking tail. Erase your mistakes and that's it.

Step 7.


Here is your new creation of Pony Jake from Adventure Time.

Description: So you have MLP style Finn, now it's time to upload his sidekick and good buddy, Jake. Here is "how to draw Pony Jake", step by step. Jake is by far one of my favorite characters because he is so blunt, smart and brings common sense to Finn's confusion. I gave Jake a cutie mark which is paw prints because I know that he is one of the coolest pony's around. Drawing Pony Jake will be as fun as drawing Finn in his MLP form.
