Let's start with the fluff of hair first so drawing the face shape will be much easier.

Next, draw the shape of the face first in a swooping circle, then the ears.

Then, we'll move onto detailing the swooped hair and then the neck, which will eventually lead you to draw the swooped mane covering her neck.

Lastly, draw the eyes and the rest of the facials. I usually start with the eyes first before I work on the mouth and nose.
