We will begin with a circle for the head and then add two smaller shapes for the body.

Okay, next, draw the shape of Weiss' head which is also her neatly combed hair. There should also be a wrap for her ponytail with small spikes around the elastic.

Draw in the long ponytail which is off to the left, then proceed to step four.

Define the shape of Weiss' face like so and that's basically it for this step.

You will use the facial guidelines to draw out the large eyes. This should also include the thick lining for the eyes. Add thin lined eyebrows as well.

Add the dress collar and then draw the torso which is also the design of her one piece outfit. Add small ruffle at the ends of her dress, then give her a ribbon like belt.

Here you will draw the arms or sleeves and then draw the hands.

Lastly, draw the legs which should include the socks and shoes. Erase your mistakes and then the guidelines and shapes.

She has white hair, a white dress and wears white socks. Drawing this chibi version of Weiss will be as easy as drawing chibi Ruby so go ahead and have some good fun.
