How to Draw Chibi Lugia
1
Make two shapes, one circle for the head, and a smaller circle for the body. Add one face guide and then move to step two.
2
Here you will shape out the structure of chibi Lugia's head which kind of looks like the alien from the movie Alien. Be sure to draw the top part of the mouth slightly over the bottom jaw.
3
All you have to do here is draw out the large arched shape eye and then draw in the blushing cheek as well as the dashes to make the expression of being bashful. Add some detailing as well as a small opening to the mouth, and then add a brow.
4
Here you will sketch out chibi Lugia's triangular shaped markings that covers the entire eye. You can't see the eye on the opposite side but the tip of the marking should pierce through. Next and lastly draw in the eyeball.
5
Now its time to draw in the chunky style wings. The left wings has four feathered tips or ends, and draw five feathered tips or fingers on the right wing. Draw in the wing line that will later connect to the body.
6
Now you can draw in the small chubby looking body and then draw out the legs too. Chibi style character are much smaller, and even fatter sometimes. Notice how the belly pops out a bit, almost like a young toddler.
7
You are almost done guys. Sketch out the feet and toes as well as the small feathers that tops the tail base Next draw in the stomach marking, and begin erasing the lines and shapes that you drew in step one.
8
For the final step just draw out the tail, and add some spikes at the tip. Since you already cleaned up your work in step seven, you are ready to see how your drawing looks when cleaned up and perfected.

Description: So I came to realize that making tutorials on chibi Pokémon characters are wicked fun, and entertaining. That is why I wanted to make at least one more lesson on another Pokémon species in chibi form. Here you will learn "how to draw chibi Lugia", step by step. I already have the regular form on this very popular character. This description will be short and sweet so you can get to tackle the lesson as soon as possible. When I was drawing it out I wanted to sketch Lugia in a pose that made it look not only cute, but friendly and welcoming as well. The colors and hues of the finished drawing is wicked vivid and because of this I can almost guarantee that chibi Lugia will get massive feedback and views. Since I like drawing Pokémon in their chibi state, please feel free to request any species of your choice. You will find that learning "how to draw chibi Lugia" is so easy to do, its almost easier then drawing Lugia in regular form if you ask me. Well that just about does it, there is nothing really more to say. The only thing to do now is get busy. I hope you all enjoyed your Fourth of July, stay safe and as always have fun!
