Description: Hey folks, I’ve been receiving nonstop requests for a very popular Pokemon. Now, this little guy is one of the starter Pokemons, and definitely one of the popular ones. Who hasn’t heard of Bulbasaur, the green creature that using Vine Whip attack? I just couldn’t resist doing a chibi version of him, since I get so many requests to create this guy as a chibi. I’ve used a dark pink/purple background to accent the cute lil’ Bulba. Get yourself a pencil, paper, and kneaded eraser to prepare for this tutorial. I’ve used a cool drawing program to design the critter as well as a Wacom Intuos 4.
