Step 1.

To draw this unique dragon, start by drawing two shapes and position them the way you see it here. Next, draw an inner shape, and then connect the two circles with a long neck line, and add the tail.

Step 2.

Since the dragons face is from the side, you will begin drawing out the mouth opening, and the structure of the face, and eye.

Step 3.

Finish sketching out the shape of the dragons head structure which will end up looking very cool indeed. There is several frills on the back part of the head, and then sketch in all the sharp teeth. Lightly sketch out the nostrils, and then add the d

Step 4.

Now you will start drawing the shape of the long neck, and notice how the neck is still slender in shape and size. Draw the scale pattern on under the neck, and then begin drawing the tip of the tail which looks to be in sections.

Step 5.

The fun starts here. You will now start sketching out the shape and form of the awesome wings of this dragon. Don't forget to draw the nails on the tips of the wings like you see here. Lastly, draw the outline of the hand or claw.

Step 6.

Finish drawing the claws like you see here, and then draw the shape of the chest, which is in a "V" like shape. Next draw the right arm and claw, and then draw some more of the tail that is hidden in the background.

Step 7.

It's important to take your time when you are drawing Blue Eyes White Dragon. You will then draw out the shape of the back end of the dragon and then add the detailed lining too. Next, draw the small thighs for the legs, and than move to the next ste

Step 8.

Lastly, sketch out the feet, and the foot claws. That's it, you are done. Start erasing all the lines and shapes you drew in step one to clean up your drawing.

Step 9.

When your sketch is all cleaned up, it should look like the one you see here. Color in this dragon from Yu-Gi-Oh, and add it to your drawing collection.

Description: In light of the fact that I love dragons and I always will, I wanted to draw a creature that is dragon based from a card game and anime called Yu-Gi-Oh. This mysterious being is both beautiful, and mighty looking. If you are a fan of one of the popular card games around, you will love this tutorial on “how to draw Blue Eyes White Dragon", step by step. I know the name is sort of long, and a bit unusual but I honestly have to say that this is one of my favorite dragons to date. I know what you must be thinking, “I though Dawn didn't like Yu-Gi-Oh?”, and you're right I'm not a big fan of the series or game, but my brother is. The only reason why I know of this character is because I saw the dragon in one of my brothers books as I flipped through the pages looking for some awesome characters to draw. Blue Eyes White Dragon is a spirit that resides in the body of a girl named Kisara. The powerful white dragon was sealed within her body, and the only way to release the entity, is to kill Kisara. Now the story goes that villagers wanted the young white skinned girl dead because they believed her to be bad luck. She was saved by a priest named Seth, who later learns of her secret. The girl was protected by Priest Seth, and they grew to be close friends. One day, Seth almost got killed protecting Kisara. When this happened, Kisara evoked the spirit, and her whole being was transferred in her new form of the Blue Eyes White Dragon. This is considered to be a rare monster, and coming a cross one is not common. All I know is that this is one cool looking dragon, and if you like Yu-Gi-Oh, you already know the 411 on this monster. When it comes time to follow this lesson and "draw Blue Eyes White Dragon", you will end up with a sketch that is wicked cool in any way shape or form. I think that will do it for now, I will be back later on today for another live session, and with more tutorials. Peace out and have a happy drawing day!
