Description: In light of the fact that I love dragons and I always will, I wanted to draw a creature that is dragon based from a card game and anime called Yu-Gi-Oh. This mysterious being is both beautiful, and mighty looking. If you are a fan of one of the popular card games around, you will love this tutorial on “how to draw Blue Eyes White Dragon", step by step. I know the name is sort of long, and a bit unusual but I honestly have to say that this is one of my favorite dragons to date. I know what you must be thinking, “I though Dawn didn't like Yu-Gi-Oh?”, and you're right I'm not a big fan of the series or game, but my brother is. The only reason why I know of this character is because I saw the dragon in one of my brothers books as I flipped through the pages looking for some awesome characters to draw. Blue Eyes White Dragon is a spirit that resides in the body of a girl named Kisara. The powerful white dragon was sealed within her body, and the only way to release the entity, is to kill Kisara. Now the story goes that villagers wanted the young white skinned girl dead because they believed her to be bad luck. She was saved by a priest named Seth, who later learns of her secret. The girl was protected by Priest Seth, and they grew to be close friends. One day, Seth almost got killed protecting Kisara. When this happened, Kisara evoked the spirit, and her whole being was transferred in her new form of the Blue Eyes White Dragon. This is considered to be a rare monster, and coming a cross one is not common. All I know is that this is one cool looking dragon, and if you like Yu-Gi-Oh, you already know the 411 on this monster. When it comes time to follow this lesson and "draw Blue Eyes White Dragon", you will end up with a sketch that is wicked cool in any way shape or form. I think that will do it for now, I will be back later on today for another live session, and with more tutorials. Peace out and have a happy drawing day!
