How to Draw Baby Rabbits, Baby Rabbits

1

Start by making two circles for each head of the baby rabbits. Sketch in the face guides and move to step two.

2

Begin sketching out the actual shape and structure of the first rabbit's head. The lining should be fluffy and the ears should be drawn erect and close together.

3

Add some inner ear detailing like so, and then use the face guide to draw in the eyes, nose, and mouth. Color in the eyes solid, and sketch in some wrinkles on the bridge of the small nose. Draw some whiskers, and move along.

4

Sketch in the fluffy chest, and then draw the first front leg as well as the cute paw. Make the back end of the rabbit and then some of the hind leg which is sort of hidden under the body.

5

Finish up this baby rabbit by drawing the other front leg and paw, and then sketch in some more of the back right thigh. Add some fluff on the chest some more, and then you are done with your first baby rabbit.

6

Now that the first rabbit is drawn, we can get busy with the second one. Draw out the small face first, and then make the long, floppy sock looking ears. Don't forget to add some detailing like crease and fold lines.

7

Draw the big round shaped body and then draw in some of the chest and front paws or toes.

8

Using the face guides, draw in the almond shaped eyes, and then sketch in the nose and mouth. You will need to color in the eyes solid like you did with the other rabbit, and then sketch in the whiskers, as well as some definition around the top part

9

Here is the line art when you are all done. Color in your baby rabbits and then add some patches if you like.

Description: Here is another pair of baby animals that have incredible cute appeal, and snuggly looks. I know Easter is a few months away, but I thought making a lesson on a pair of adorable bunnies would be something that people would enjoy greatly. So here is "how to draw baby rabbits", step by step. The rabbits are by far one of my favorite tutorials I have done in a while, and I had so much fun making them. All the animal tutorials that I'll be submitting for you, are going to be broken up in simple to follow manner. This is a great lesson for an Easter card, or even to decorate your walls as you prepare for the Easter holiday.
