How to Draw a Chibi Necromorph, Dead Space

Make a circle for the head and then draw out the necro's body shape which should have an arched back. Draw in a face guide and move along people.

Start this step by drawing the first raised arm as well as the monstrous hand. Take your time as you make the arm.

Continue to draw in more figures and then make a spike like shape that is coming from the palm of the hand.

You can start drawing out the head, and then draw in the large evil shaped eyes like so. Draw the ears, and make sure that the center of the face is missing the mouth.

Draw in the skin markings on the head and then draw in some teeth as well as the tongue. Add detailing and definition on the tongue and make some peeled skin marks on the face.

You can now draw in the other arm, and short stubby fingers. When that is done you can draw a spike through the palm of the hand, and then sketch in the detailing under the armpit.

Continue to draw out the mutated body starting with the upper torso. There is small arms coming out from the center of the body and then draw in some of the guts.

You are almost done with your chibi necro, just a little longer. Complete the body by drawing the rest of the torso, and then draw in the legs and two toed feet. Make some spike or bones protruding from the calves, and then clean up the drawing.

Finally, sketch in the skin tissue that is ripped and torn, and then draw some detailing to show the ribs. Add more and more detailing all over the body until you have a mutated looking beast.

Here is what your chibi looks like when you are all done. Now you can go ahead and color in the monster and be on your way to something else.

Description: For those of you that joined me live yesterday you had an awesome time watching me draw a chibi monster from the Dead Space series. No there isn’t real chibis in Dead Space this is my take on "how to draw a chibi Necromorph", step by step. This is one of my brother’s favorite creatures in the game and if you are a fan of Dead Space you should enjoy replicating what I have drawn for you all. This was such a fun chibi to create and I hope to do more of them in the near future. I will leave you now so you can start drawing a chibi Necromorph too.
