First we will start off with some simple guidelines.

Next,you will have to look carefully,there are dots you have to draw that are above and below the guidelines.

After that you will start on the lines for the top and bottom of the eyes.

Then you will fill in those lines by drawing the eyelashes,and adding in the thickness for the eyes.

Now you'll draw the outlines around the eyes,so it can hold the shines,irises and colour.

Lastly,you add colour,and whatever else you want to add! And you,have just learned how to draw Anime eyes!
