Draw his body and four arms. His arms are moving so you will have to draw a couple more.

Draw a box under his body

Draw a little circle with a lightning in it

Draw his arms moving and the sparkles on his eyes

Draw the words in there it's not cartoon it's anime

Outline him with sharpie or similar

Now just color and you have him Comment if you want a girl one or if you want a different saying in the box
