First start the background and a simple outline

add a lighter colour inside the outline try not to go out the lines too much

this is just something that helped me blend in on the next step

now blend in with a dark blue still leaving some light blue

just a tiny bit of detail

blend some green in with your wave

and even some purple if you want more to it

cover most of the lines up with any matching colors (green , purple , black , blue , etc) and add the foam

Description: I know i said i wouldn't make any tutorials but i figured out how to :) this should be kind of easy once you get the hang of it. but add lots of detail. The best results will come from drawing on a computer with a tablet.I think the tutorial will say the rest so let me know how they turn out and good luck
