Before I started this drawing, I had to think long and hard of what type of beautiful animal, or insect that would make an amazing realistic tutorial. After some careful thought, I decided that a realistic butterfly would be the right thing to get done. One of the prettiest butterflies is the monarch. Some of you may think that drawing a lifelike butterfly may be a bit difficult to draw. Because of this I tried to make sure that the lesson would not only be realistic, but easy as well. A few of the more popular things to draw is roses, butterflies, dragonflies, flowers, skulls, and dragons. Of course there is more subjects that one can draw, I just named a few that make awesome lessons to draw realistically. You can actually color in your finished drawing to be as colorful as you like. Remember, one of the reasons why these insects are so popular, is because of their unique beauty. I had so much fun when I sketched out this bug, and because of that I think you will too. When you're done, make sure to let me know how your realistic bug comes out.
