How to Draw a Howling Wolf For Kids

Step 1.


Start off with just drawing two simple circles. One for the head and the other for the body.

Step 2.


Begin sketching out side profile of the wolf's head like so. Be sure to make the cheek line nice and fluffy because wolves have very long puffy coats. Draw in the ears, and muzzle as well.

Step 3.


Now all you have to do is draw in the closed eye, then draw the puffy chest hair, as well as the thick legs and big paws.

Step 4.


Make the lining for the back arch, as well as the thigh and back paw.

Step 5.


For your last step all you have to do is draw out the tail. Be sure the ends of the tail is bushy. Erase the mistakes, then you're done.

Step 6.


Well, here is your howling wolf. Now you can start coloring it in. I do hope you enjoyed this lesson on drawing a howling wolf for kids.

Description: Since I have made a bunch of different wolf tutorials including some howling wolves, I thought that making a tutorial on "how to draw a howling wolf for kids" would be something that folks could enjoy. This is going to be a cute version of a howling wolf that I think a lot of you artists will find entertaining. Not only will it be incredibly easy drawing a howling wolf, you will be able to draw multiple versions of this wolf in a snap.
