Step 1.

Start with guidelines then draw a fat body.

Draw facial features and wings.

Make details on his eyes.

Add spikes to his head and laugh your head off. (that's what i did, btw)

Now put in his belly markings, :D

Draw some bubbles. xD

Draw more belly markings, etc dots

Now draw in some more details on his small wings. :P

Make it more detailed and stuff.

Now you're done!! Colour him in to your heart's content!! Enjoy!
