Okay! So, to begin, we draw two circles, one bigger than the other. Chibis have huge heads on little bodies, so keep that in mind.

Sketch in the trunk, add some wrinkles and draw out the eyes, which will be filled in soon. Also draw tiny tusks.

Now fill in the eyes with huge eyeshines to max out the cuteness scale.

Sketch in the clunky feet with three toenails. Elephants actually have five but only three are drawn here.
