Okay. First, we'll start of with her face.

Now, draw the outline of her face and her eyebrows.

Draw her hair and ears, along with a headband or horns if you'd like.

Add her shirt next.

Draw a stud collar around her neck, and her shorts, with leggings under them.

Next, draw a few strands of loose hair, her wings, and her boots. NOTE: You can make her hair longer now if you wish, I forgot to add that on step three's picture.

Add details to the wings and draw some webs (sorry I really don't know what to call them) coming out of her legs near her knees.

Now this is the fun part. Even though you're picture should look something like this, you can add whatever you can think of like a bow-tie belt, dangly earrings, bracelets- whatever you can think of.
