First, draw Pikachu's head, with a space for his ear, hand, and partly body,with a heart in a speech bubble above his head.

Now draw the outlines of his cute facial features, ears, mouth, and hand.

Now draw his oddly shaped body (look at pic), and his other arm.

Add his large tail and two stripes on his back.
