How to Draw a Baby Water Dragon

Draw a circle for the head, with fin-like ears on the sides. Draw two lines in the middle of the head (longways and sideways) if you would like a guide for the face.

Now draw the eyes, nostrils, and mouth. Make sure the eyes are fairly big and a bit oval-shaped.

Change the outline of the head to make it look somewhat lumpy. Add some details to the face and draw the tail above its head.

Draw its belly, with two arms overlapping it. Add a bit of detail to the tail (basically make it look like a fin).

Make two legs one either side, cute blush marks on the cheeks, and the base of the tail on the left side.

Add detail all over the body now, except the belly.
