Step 2.
Next, draw the line in the middle to make the shape of both faces. Then you will draw a nose on the right as well as a cheek. Next draw out and color in two circles and then the eyebrows.

Step 3.
For the moon side you will draw an eye that is shut and then the nose and mouth. Add some spots that represent the holes that the moon has and then draw the eye for the sun.

Step 4.
For the celestial sun side you will now sketch out the flames and then finish drawing in the mouth. This is such an easy step because once you are done doing that you can move to step five.

Step 5.
On the celestial moon side all you have to draw is a series of stars which also happen to nautical stars. After that you can start erasing all the guidelines and shapes that you drew in step one and proceed onto the last line art step.

how to draw moons
Description:
As you all know I love different tattoo designs and I also love drawing out some new and exciting things. I got a request to do a tutorial on “how to draw a Celestial sun and moon” step by step. This design is a very popular tattoo design that men and woman get inked on their bodies. One of my cousins has the sun & moon tattooed above his navel hole and for a guy, I think that is pretty lame. I mean, if it were a girl getting a tattoo like that above the bellybutton, then I would have no negative response. It’s not that the tattoo is ugly because it is a very nice drawing. Anyway, if you were to choose a tattoo of the celestial sun & moon, there is meaning behind the design from an astrological view. Now the sun represents masculinity and the moon represents femininity. What all this means is simple; the moon symbolizes fertility and the woman’s womb. So of course if you are a female, the celestial moon is a good choice for you. On the other hand if you are a man, you can get a nice celestial sun tattoo design that will emphasis your powerful manhood. Either way I think the two combined is a great design for either a man or a woman, and this tutorial will show you “how to draw a Celestial Sun and Moon” step by step. You can mess around with this sketch to make it your own, or you can leave it be and just add some cool colors. I shall return again my minions, so keep up with the new lessons coming your way. Adios amigos!
