Washimi from Aggressive Retsuko

Just start off by drawing some guides and shapes. Sketch in the facial guidelines too.

Since Washimi is an eagle, she needs a feathery head shape. Just simply define the shape of her head and then draw the tuft of feathers that form her neck.

Okay, we will now start drawing in Washimi's face which right now is just the wing shaped eyes. They are not completed eyes, just the start of them.

We will complete the eyes by drawing in the actual shapes and color them in solid. You will then add lashes and then draw in Washimi's beak.

Start drawing out Washimi's body beginning with the torso. Her hour glass figure should also be drawn in. She wears a skirt so cap off the end of her clothing. Draw in her legs and move to step six.

We will now draw in Washimi's arms which are the wings of an eagle. Add the feather layers for to the wings too. Also, draw the V lines for the shoes.

Finish Washimi off by drawing the feathers in back of her head. They are relaxed and long. Erase all the mistakes and guides as well.

That's it, you are all done. Go ahead and color in Washimi from Aggressive Retsuko.

Description: I forgot to upload this simple lesson on another Aggressive Retsuko character. This tutorial will show you how to draw Washimi, step by step. Her character is based off an eagle which makes her pretty cool to draw. I like the series a bunch and can't believe I found it on Netflix. Anyways, have fun with Washimi. If you are a fan of the show than I know you will enjoy this tutorial.
