How to Draw the Democrat Logo

Draw an almond shape for the head and then draw in the body which is the back end and some of the neck.

Using just the top section, draw in a silhouette of a donkey's head, ears and muzzle. We will then draw the neck, back arch and then hind parts.

Separated from one another, draw the rest of the body which is the legs, hooves and tail.

Finish everything off by first erasing the mistakes and guidelines, then draw in four stars.

This is the line art when you are all done. You can go ahead and color in your political donkey when you are complete.

Description: Since I made a lesson on the Republican logo, I thought it would make sense to draw a tutorial on how to draw the Democrat logo, step by step as well. Now Democrat's are almost the opposite of what Republicans believe in, but they also have some of the same ideals and beliefs. Democrats believe that Government should intervene with aid to folks that are having hard times, or to provide forceful advice guiding the way on how people should live. They do all this even if it means that some individual rights and freedoms will be given up along the way. They have a logo that some would say suits them best, and that is the ass or donkey. The Democrats donkey image came about during the presidential campaign for Andrew Jackson back in 1828. The other men that Jackson ran against commonly referred to Jackson as a jackass. Anyways, I do hope you enjoy this lesson. Id really doesn't matter if you are a Democrat or Republican when it comes to drawing either the donkey or the elephant. Adios folks ad have fun.
