How to Draw Mikuo Hatsune

Make three very different looking shapes; one for the head, another for the torso and one more for the hips.

Instead of sketching out the shape of the face first, you will draw in the short hairstyle that has some body to it or mess. The bangs should be long as well.

Now you can sketch out the shape of Mikuo's face, then draw the eyes, eyebrows and then the mouth and nose. Next, draw the headphone set, and add some detailing to the headphone speaker.

All you have to do here is draw in the buttoned up shirt collar, then draw the rather long tie. Add tabs on the lower part of the tie, then move to step five.

Here you will sketch in the shoulders, then draw the bell bottom or flare bottom sleeves. The sleeves are so long that they will cover almost the whole hand as you will see.

Finish the shape of Mikuo's torso shape and then draw the trimming at the bottom of the shirt. Add the pocket line, then add the number and band on the upper arm part of the sleeve.

Sketch in the marking shape on the lower part of the right sleeve like so, and add the detailing to the design. Draw in the fingers as well as the nails, then move along to step eight.

Finish drawing Mikuo by sketching out the shapes of the legs or thighs, then add the markings or stripes on the pants which are the pants designs. Erase those mistakes and guidelines too.

Description: A lot of you asked that I make a lesson on the gender swapped version of Miku Hatsune from the Vocaloid series so here it is. Now this is totally new to me so when I first heard of the request, I was taken back a bit. Nonetheless it is still a very cool version of Miku and if my baby sister liked the lesson then I know all you Vocaloid fans will too. Some of the things that are different is the short boyish hair, the long button up shirt and the black slacks instead of a short skirt. The hair color is the same and so is the tie.
